Kernel warning via failed proc initialization

Improper cleanup in the Linux kernel IPv6 route subsystem allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during network-namespace teardown. ip6_route_net_init_late reports success when proc_create_net fails for ipv6_route or rt6_stats, so ip6_route_net_exit_late later removes a nonexistent entry. Local low-privileged access and a proc-entry creation failure are required; the published record documents the warning, not a crash or privilege gain.
