Kernel panic via reallocated-node replay

Denial of service in Linux 3.5 through 6.0.7 allows local users to trigger a kernel panic through concurrent btrfs file operations. tree_mod_log_oldest_root selects an unrelated KEY_REPLACE after a freed node is reallocated, causing tree_mod_log_rewind to replay operations from the wrong block incarnation and hit BUG_ON. Reachability requires a mounted btrfs filesystem and concurrent metadata changes while a readable file is queried, and the demonstrated consequence is a host crash.
