Service interruption via reinitialized cache lock

Race condition in KVM in Linux 5.17 through 6.0.7 and 6.1-rc1 through 6.1-rc3 allows local users to interrupt service. kvm_gfn_to_pfn_cache_init() can reinitialize the gfn-to-pfn cache lock while kvm_xen_set_evtchn_fast() holds it, corrupting the shared-info cache lock. Low-privileged local access and a winning ioctl race are required; the documented consequence is lock corruption and availability loss.
