Local denial of service via inline-data migration

Improper state handling in Linux ext4 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning and interrupt service through crafted filesystem operations. The ext4 migration ioctl accepts an inode that still has inline data, leaving extent state inconsistent so ENOSPC writeback releases a delayed block when no data block is reserved. The path requires local access to migrate the inline-data inode and force ENOSPC; the warning terminates the kernel only where panic policy treats warnings as fatal.
