System crash via unvalidated ext4 directory entry

Reachable assertion in the Linux ext4 directory code allows local users to crash the system via a corrupted filesystem image. make_indexed_dir() passes an unchecked directory entry to ext4_rec_len_to_disk(), whose BUG_ON() rejects a rec_len value that is not divisible by four. Triggering the fault requires local access to the corrupted ext4 filesystem and a directory-creation path through make_indexed_dir().
