Service interruption via sockmap allocation misaccounting

Incorrect resource accounting in Linux kernel sockmap code allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted BPF socket-map send. The tcp_bpf.c send path compares apply_bytes against a length derived from msg->sg.size, then assigns psock->apply_bytes, leaving sk_forward_alloc inconsistent when queues are destroyed. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a sockmap path with apply_bytes and more_data; the documented consequence is availability loss without data disclosure or modification.
