Kernel panic via incomplete frag_list allocation check

Denial of service in Linux kernel network segmentation allows remote attackers to panic a configured gateway via crafted TCP or UDP traffic. The skb_segment function checks only the first frag_list member before retaining scatter-gather support, so a later kmalloc-backed head reaches BUG_ON when allocation types differ. The remote path requires an in-path TC or LWT BPF operation that changes gso_size on a GRO packet; the resulting kernel panic interrupts the host.
