Kernel crash via unterminated quirks table

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash MT7621 systems during PCIe PHY initialization. The mt7621_pci_quirks_match array lacks a terminating sentinel, so soc_device_match_attr reads beyond the table and triggers a kernel oops. The path is reached when an affected kernel runs on MT7621 hardware after SoC device registration; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
