Service interruption via leaked device reference

Resource leak in Linux kernel 5.11 through 5.15.78 and 5.16 through 6.0.8 allows local users to interrupt service. In drivers/dma/ti/k3-udma-glue.c, the failed device_register() path omits put_device(), retaining a reference and the name allocated by dev_set_name(). Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and the TI K3 UDMA path; repeated failures consume kernel memory and interrupt service.
