Local service interruption via initialization memory leak

Memory leak in the Marvell Prestera network driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting kernel memory during initialization. The prestera_rxtx_switch_init function allocates sw->rxtx but returns without releasing it when prestera_sdma_switch_init fails. Reachability requires the Prestera driver and an SDMA switch initialization failure; the bounded consequence is an unreleased kernel allocation.
