Kernel crash via premature phylink cleanup

Denial of service in the Linux kernel AM65 CPSW Ethernet driver 5.18 through 6.1-rc3 allows local users to crash the kernel. In am65_cpsw_nuss_remove(), phylink cleanup ran before network-device cleanup, leaving am65_cpsw_nuss_ndo_slave_stop() to dereference an invalid phylink. Triggering the fault requires local module-removal privileges, the TI AM65 CPSW driver, and the first slave link to be up; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the host.
