Local service interruption via uninitialized CAN header

Use of uninitialized data in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by sending traffic through the J1939 CAN stack. j1939_send_one() reclaims eight bytes for a struct can_frame header but writes only selected fields, leaving reserved and later-read bytes uninitialized. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to the J1939 CAN path and affects availability without reading or modifying data.
