Virtual CAN transmission interruption via invalid ctrlmode read

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.0 CAN skb handling allows local users to interrupt virtual CAN transmission by sending frames. The CAN skb validation path reads priv->ctrlmode through a can_priv view on vcan and vxcan devices that do not allocate that structure, so unrelated bits can be treated as listen-only mode. A local account able to transmit through a virtual CAN interface can cause outgoing frames to be dropped; the flawed operation provides no write primitive.
