Local system crash via unchecked device-add failure

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel SCSI SAS transport allows local users to crash the system during SAS host removal. sas_phy_add() fails to handle an error returned by transport_add_device(), so later host removal attempts to delete a device that was not added. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and a transport-add failure during SAS PHY setup; the reported consequence is a kernel crash, not data access or code execution.
