Service interruption via SIOX device-registration memory leak

Affected Linux kernels allow local users to interrupt service through a memory leak in the SIOX device-registration error path. When device_register() fails, siox_device_add() omits put_device(), leaving the dev_set_name() allocation and device reference unreleased. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and repeated access to the failing SIOX registration path, with availability as the documented consequence.
