Kernel crash via uninitialized zoned device clone

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.11 through 6.0.8 allows local users to crash the kernel through a cloned zoned Btrfs device. The Btrfs device-cloning path copies btrfs_device without cloning its btrfs_zoned_device_info, leaving zone_info null when a zone is later marked active. Reachability requires a zoned Btrfs filesystem and a local operation that clones its device state; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
