Service interruption via premature MCTP flow release

State-management error in Linux kernel 5.18 through 6.0.9 allows local users to interrupt service by expiring an unsent MCTP flow. The mctp_i2c_flow_release function increments release_count for a NEW flow although i2c_lock_count rises only after transmission, causing an accounting overflow and WARN_ON. Reachability requires the MCTP SMBus/I2C transport on an I2C slave-capable host; the operational effect depends on kernel warning handling.
