Unauthenticated file disclosure via traversal parameters

Path traversal in DBL Technology Limited GoIP-1 through GHSFVT-1.1-67-5 allows remote attackers to read files without authentication. The frame.html and frame.A100.html handlers use the content or sidebar parameter as a filesystem path without validation or canonicalization, so encoded parent-directory sequences escape the web root. Any reachable web interface exposes readable device files; disclosure of cleartext SIP, H.323, and web credentials requires a configuration backup since the last reboot.
