Local service interruption via leaked frame copies

Memory leak in the X.25 LAPB receive path in Linux allows local users to exhaust kernel memory via undersized or fragmented frames. The x25_lapb_receive_frame() function copies each socket buffer with skb_copy() but fails to free the private copy when validation rejects an undersized or fragmented buffer. Reaching the flaw requires low-privileged local access to feed the X.25 receive path; repeated failures consume kernel memory and can interrupt service without disclosing or modifying data.
