Service interruption via leaked DSA tagger storage

A memory leak in Linux 5.17 through 6.0.9 and 6.1-rc1 through 6.1-rc5 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory. The normal dsa_switch_teardown path fails to call tag_ops->disconnect for each switch, leaving tagger-owned private or shared storage allocated after teardown. Triggering requires local access and control of an affected DSA switch driver's unbind path; repeated teardown can deplete memory and interrupt service.
