Kernel memory disclosure and crash via unterminated map

Out-of-bounds read in the MP2629 ADC driver in Linux allows local users to expose kernel memory or crash the system during device probing. The mp2629_adc_maps array lacks the empty sentinel required by iio_map_array_register, so registration walks beyond the array and adds mappings derived from unrelated kernel data. The path requires an on-board MP2629 I2C device and runs at boot or during local module loading or sysfs binding; later consumer lookup can dereference a bogus mapping and panic the kernel.
