Service interruption via leaked multishot accept requests

Memory leak in Linux kernel 5.19 allows local users to interrupt service through io_uring multishot accepts. The accept path treats REQ_F_POLLED as proof of multishot execution and skips completion, leaving the request allocated instead of testing IO_URING_F_MULTISHOT in issue_flags. Repeated low-privilege local submissions can exhaust kernel memory and degrade or interrupt the host; no data access or privilege escalation is reported.
