Local denial of service via unsafe FPU locking

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.16 through 6.0.9 allows local users to interrupt x86 PREEMPT_RT systems during process cloning. fpu_clone() calls fpu_inherit_perms() while fpregs_lock has disabled preemption, and the latter can acquire spin_lock_irq() on the dynamic FPU-state path. Low-privileged local code must reach that path while cloning; the record does not specify whether interruption is a hang, crash, or reboot.
