Local service interruption via perf SIGTRAP race

Uncontrolled recursion in Linux 5.15.77 through 5.15.79 and 6.0.7 through 6.0.9 allows local users to interrupt service via perf events. The __perf_event_overflow warning treats an already-set pending_sigtrap as a missed trap even when the hrtimer fires again before IRQ work consumes it. A low-privileged local account with unprivileged perf access and specific event timing can repeatedly reach the kernel warning; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
