Kernel crash via mismatched ftrace disarm handler

Use-after-free in Linux kernel kprobes allows local users to crash the system while unregistering a kprobe-on-ftrace probe. In __unregister_kprobe_top(), clearing the aggregate probe's post_handler selects kprobe_ftrace_ops although it remains armed with kprobe_ipmodify_ops. Triggering the flaw requires permission to register and remove kernel probes; the resulting warning can progress to invalid memory use and a kernel crash.
