Service interruption via wrapped CPPC calculations

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel CPPC CPUFreq driver allows local users to interrupt service during frequency calculations. In drivers/cpufreq/cppc_cpufreq.c, arithmetic on unsigned 32-bit _CPC fields occurs before widening, allowing intermediate calculations to wrap instead of preserving the full result. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and a system whose firmware exposes the affected CPPC path; public records do not identify whether the result is a hang, crash, or reboot.
