Local denial of service via PTE marker copy

Denial of service in Linux 5.19 through 6.1.10 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through a crafted userfaultfd fork. The copy_nonpresent_pte path copies a source PTE marker into a child mapping even when the destination VMA lacks VM_UFFD_WP, tripping WARN_ON_ONCE. A low-privileged local process must create the userfaultfd write-protected mapping and fork; the warning can interrupt the host when panic-on-warning policy is enabled.
