Host crash via unlocked OSS stream setup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the host via concurrent ALSA OSS PCM ioctl calls. snd_pcm_oss_sync() calls snd_pcm_oss_make_ready() before acquiring params_lock, allowing another thread to reconfigure the stream and leave OSS buffer state inconsistent. Access to an OSS PCM device such as /dev/dsp and concurrent ioctl calls are required; a successful race can dereference a NULL buffer and interrupt the host.
