Service interruption via recursive socket callbacks

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by attaching a psock to a socket with an existing ULP. The sk_psock_init function fails to reject a socket that already has a ULP, so teardown passes the ULP's own sk_proto back to tcp_update_ulp and loops its callbacks. Reachability requires local access and the combined psock-and-ULP socket state; public sources do not specify whether interruption ends in a hang or crash.
