Service interruption via IPv6 length overflow

Signed integer overflow in Linux kernel IPv6 output allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted oversized UDPv6 send. The __ip6_append_data function accumulates a large send length in a signed int, causing an addition above INT_MAX to overflow. A local low-privileged account able to issue IPv6 datagram send calls is required, and the published impact is limited to availability.
