Local service interruption via L2TP IPv6 length overflow

Integer overflow in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system through an oversized L2TP IPv6 message. l2tp_ip6_sendmsg adds the message length to the transport-header length in a signed integer before rejecting values at the limit, allowing the sum to wrap. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an L2TP IPv6 socket; the documented consequence is availability loss rather than data disclosure or modification.
