Local service interruption via node reference leak

Resource leak in the GICv3 interrupt controller code in Linux allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting kernel resources. The gic_populate_ppi_partitions() error path retains the reference returned by of_get_child_by_name() when kcalloc() fails instead of releasing it with of_node_put(). Reaching the leak requires GICv3 PPI partition parsing and an allocation failure; the published assessment limits the consequence to availability loss.
