Local service interruption via device-node refcount leak

Reference-count leak in Linux kernel 4.7 through 5.19-rc2 allows local users to interrupt service during GICv3 PPI setup. The gic_populate_ppi_partitions function retains each device-tree node reference returned by of_find_node_by_phandle() instead of releasing it with of_node_put(). The public record does not describe a repeatable user-controlled trigger, so exposure depends on reaching GICv3 private-peripheral interrupt partition initialization.
