Service interruption via leaked USB host memory

Memory leak in the Linux kernel DWC2 USB host controller allows local users to interrupt service during device initialization. The dwc2_hcd_init function allocates a host-controller structure with usb_create_hcd, then skips usb_put_hcd by jumping to error1 when platform_get_resource finds no memory resource.
