Kernel use-after-free via stale mc_io dereference

Use-after-free in the fsl-mc bus removal path in Linux 4.8 and later allows local users to trigger a stale kernel-memory dereference. fsl_mc_device_remove frees root_mc_bus_dev before fsl_mc_bus_remove reads its mc_io member and passes that stale value to fsl_destroy_mc_io. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and removal of a relevant fsl-mc device; the public record does not establish code execution.
