Local denial of service via invalid RCU state

Incorrect RCU state handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt kernel operation through the CFI cpuidle path. During __cfi_slowpath_diag, RCU_NONIDLE wakes RCU around only part of the CFI shadow or module check while cpuidle enters a quiescent state, leaving the RCU state invalid. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and the affected CFI configuration; published impact is limited to availability, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
