Preemption-safety violation via per-CPU random state access

Concurrency error in Linux netfilter allows local users to trigger unsafe per-CPU random-state access through nft_numgen rules. The nft_ng_random_eval path calls the per-CPU prandom state from a preemptible local-output context, causing smp_processor_id() to run where migration is possible. Low-privileged local access and an exercised nft_numgen rule are required; published material documents the kernel warning but does not specify the resulting security consequence.
