Local privilege escalation via TIPC teardown race

A use-after-free in the Linux kernel TIPC subsystem allows local users to disclose or corrupt kernel memory and crash the host. During network-namespace teardown, tipc_exit_net cancels tipc_net_finalize_work before disabling the bearer, allowing later work to be queued against the destroyed TIPC instance. Low-privileged users can control the race through user and network namespaces without victim interaction, enabling privilege escalation or a kernel crash.
