Local kernel crash via AFS NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel AFS releases allows local users to crash the kernel by stating a directory in /afs. afs_getattr follows vnode->volume for dynamic-root pseudo-inodes even though those inodes have no volume or server pointer. The AFS dynamic-root superblock must be mounted; an unprivileged stat or ls operation then causes a kernel oops and service interruption.
