Kernel crash via zero RDMA DIM ratio

Divide-by-zero in affected Linux kernel 5.3 through 5.19-rc4 branches allows attackers to crash the host during RDMA DIM processing. The rdma_dim_stats_compare() function divides a CPE-ratio delta by prev->cpe_ratio without first rejecting a zero prior ratio. Reachability requires an RDMA completion path using dynamic interrupt moderation; the resulting exception can oops or panic the kernel.
