Kernel crash via TIPC broadcast-link race

Race condition in the TIPC subsystem of affected Linux kernels allows remote attackers to crash the kernel with concurrent TIPC-over-UDP packets. tipc_node_create publishes a new node in the hash table before allocating its broadcast link, so tipc_bcast_rcv can retrieve the node and dereference a NULL link. A TIPC bearer must be enabled and overlapping discovery and broadcast packets must win the initialization race; the resulting kernel oops or panic interrupts the host.
