Kernel crash via unsafe IPv6 RCU dereference

Concurrency flaw in Linux kernel 5.13 through 5.18.9 allows local users to crash the kernel through an IPv6 address dump. The in6_dump_addrs function reads an IPv6 device pointer with rcu_dereference without holding the required RCU read lock, despite holding RTNL. A low-privileged local process can reach the netlink address-dump path; the reported effects are a lockdep warning and availability failure, not data disclosure or modification.
