Network outage via live CPU-port MTU change

Denial of service in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt networking by changing the MTU on a QCA8K switch. qca8k_port_change_mtu changes MAX_FRAME_SIZE while CPU ports remain enabled, causing the switch to panic and stop forwarding packets. Local privileges to change interface MTU and QCA8K DSA hardware are required, and connectivity remains unavailable until the switch is reset.
