Service interruption via leaked histogram variable names

A memory leak in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through trace histogram triggers. parse_var_defs leaves the Nth var_defs.name allocation unreferenced when allocation of its paired var_defs.expr fails. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to the histogram trigger interface and an allocation failure; the bounded consequence is service interruption.
