Race condition in Linux kernel CIPSO sysctl handling before 5.19 allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent setting changes. The CIPSO cache lookup and insertion paths read cipso_v4_cache_enabled and cipso_v4_cache_bucketsize without READ_ONCE, so concurrent sysctl writes can race with those reads.
