Local denial of service via IMA memory leak

Memory leak in Linux kernel IMA allows local users to exhaust kernel memory when SHA1 transform allocation fails during initialization. The ima_init_crypto() failure path returns without freeing ima_algo_array after crypto_alloc_shash() cannot allocate the SHA1 transform. The published assessment requires local low-privileged access and bounds the consequence to availability loss from retained kernel memory.
