Kernel crash via invalid-context RoCEv2 mutex lock

Improper locking in Linux kernel 5.14 through 5.15.57, 5.16 through 5.18.14, and 5.19-rc1 through 5.19-rc7 allows local users to crash it. The irdma_cm_teardown_connections function locks qos_mutex while processing RoCEv2 queue pairs from a netdev event context that cannot sleep. The condition requires the irdma driver and a RoCEv2 queue pair; the invalid-context sleep produces a kernel splat and service interruption.
