Kernel panic via unlocked SR-IOV teardown race

Improper locking in the Linux ixgbe driver allows local users to crash the kernel by disabling SR-IOV virtual functions. The disable path can tear down virtual-function state while ixgbe_msg_task processes a VF mailbox request because those operations lack shared synchronization. The condition requires an ixgbe physical function with enabled virtual functions and local access capable of changing sriov_numvfs; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic and host service interruption.
