Local service interruption via overwritten DSA port pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.16 through 5.18.14 allows local users to interrupt service by leaving a VLAN-aware bridge. A reused ds iterator overwrites the dp argument in dsa_port_reset_vlan_filtering(), which then passes an invalid port pointer to dsa_port_vlan_filtering(). Reachability requires a DSA switch with vlan_filtering_is_global=true to leave a VLAN-aware bridge; the resulting kernel fault interrupts networking and system availability.
