GPIO misconfiguration via truncated bitmap shift

Integer overflow in Linux 5.14 through affected 5.x branches allows local users to misconfigure Xilinx GPIO devices with over 32 pins. xgpio_set_value32 shifts a 32-bit u32 value before storing it in an unsigned-long bitmap, truncating bits intended for the upper 32-pin bank. Low-privilege local access and a Xilinx GPIO controller wider than 32 pins are required; the upper pins cannot be configured correctly.
